Shipment & Delivery Terms
We ship from the European Union. Deliveries are arranged so that customers do not incur additional taxes, duties, or unforeseen charges upon delivery.
Each order is handled with the same level of care applied to collectible and historical works. Shipping is considered an integral part of the curatorial process, ensuring that every print arrives safely, accurately described, and preserved in its original condition.
Dispatch and carriers
Orders are typically dispatched on the same business day upon receipt of payment, or on the following business day for payments received after 12:00 CET. Shipments are entrusted to established international couriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx, using express services with full tracking and signature upon delivery.
Estimated delivery times are generally as follows:
- • Next business day within most European destinations and the East Coast of North America.
- • Within two business days to the West Coast of North America, China, and Japan.
- • Within five business days to other international destinations, including Australia and Oceania.
Packaging and handling
Shipping costs include professional handling and protective packaging. Whenever possible, we recommend combining multiple items into a single order. Separate orders placed with the same delivery address may be consolidated at our discretion to ensure optimal protection and efficiency.
All artworks are packaged using rigid supports and archival-quality materials suitable for antique prints. Every shipment is prepared to minimize risks related to bending, humidity, or handling during transit.
