1. Authenticity and Condition of Items

All artworks and prints offered on Prantique.com are original antique items, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Given their age and historical nature, minor signs of wear — such as patina, light creases, or paper discoloration — may be present and are considered an integral part of their authenticity and character.

Prantique.com does not operate as a commercial business enterprise. All items are part of a private collection and are offered as individual private sales between individuals, in accordance with applicable European regulations.

3. Item Descriptions and Photography

4. Pricing and Payment

5. Shipping

Items are shipped worldwide from within the European Union via express courier services (UPS, DHL, or FedEx), including tracking and signature upon delivery. 6. Customs and Import Charges (DDP)

Shipments originate within the European Union. Drawing on years of international shipping experience serving collectors worldwide, deliveries have historically been completed without customs formalities, import duties, or VAT charges payable upon delivery. Should local authorities exceptionally apply charges beyond the seller’s control, buyers are invited to contact us so the matter may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Due to the unique and historical nature of antique prints, returns are assessed individually. Returns may be considered only in cases of substantial discrepancy between the item received and its documented description or photographs. Any issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
