This plate is now preserved within the curated ensemble Oranges & Bigarades – A Cultivated Citrus Ensemble by Pancrace Bessa . Reunited in its original varietal context, the engraving forms part of a coherent early nineteenth-century portfolio inspired by the disciplined horticulture of French orangeries.
